Company Details and Admin Rights
In the Settings section, the Company settings area lets you configure your organization’s details and the User management area let's you manage who can access and administer your venues.
Company Details
Under Settings → Company details, you can view and edit your organization’s core information. This includes:
- Company name
- Company ID (e.g., Finnish business ID format)
- Country
- Street address
- Postal code and city
- Email address
- Phone number
📝 Updates to these fields take effect immediately across the platform, but they may not retroactively change customer-facing materials like existing invoices or receipts. For assistance with those, contact support.
Once saved, these details help ensure that legal and financial documents, as well as communications, reflect the correct identity and contact info for your business.
Admin Rights
You can control access to your company and venues through Settings → User management.
Seat Roles
There are three levels of admin access, each with defined responsibilities:
- Company Manager Full access to all venues and settings across the company.
- Venue Admin
Can manage settings and customers for a specific venue, including:
- Reservation settings
- Customerships
- Pricing and promotions
- Authorizations
- Events
Venue Admins have limited access to higher-level or financial data.
- Venue Clerk Limited operational access, typically for daily tasks and customer interactions.
Adding Users
To add a new user:
- Go to User management and click Invite users.
- Choose the venue, enter the user’s email, and assign their seat.
- Click Send invite.
📌 Note: The invited user must already have a Thril account before you can add them.
Admins can only see and manage what their seat level allows, making it safe to delegate tasks while maintaining control of sensitive data.
By keeping your company details up to date and assigning roles responsibly, you ensure smooth operations, secure access, and proper platform use across your organization.
