The Products section in Thril's B2B venue management system is where you can manage everything your venue sells or rents beyond regular court time. The shop is organized under a clear drop-down menu with five categories to help you track and monetize your services effectively.
This guide introduces each category and offers a brief explanation of its purpose and usage.
🛍️ Pro Shop
The Pro Shop is where you list physical products or rental items that are available at your venue. This includes items such as:
- Rental equipment (e.g., rackets, balls, golf clubs)
- Accessories for sale (e.g., grips, water bottles, wristbands)
- Branded merchandise (e.g., shirts, towels)
You can include descriptions, price (including tax), and availability status. For instance, you could rent out a "Wilson basic tennis racket" for €8 or list specialty items.

🎫 Memberships
Memberships allow you to define exclusive packages for loyal customers. These can include:
- Access rights (e.g., booking privileges)
- Discounts on products or bookings
- Valid periods (e.g. monthly, yearly)
Each membership can be customized with a price, benefits, and expiration rules. They are perfect for:
- Regular players
- Club members
- Seasonal campaigns (e.g., summer passes)
Tip: Monitor the number of active memberships and their usage to track customer loyalty and maximize recurring revenue.

🔁 Recurring Reservations
The Recurring Reservations tab helps you manage and sell time slots that repeat weekly or monthly. You can:
- Define the days, times, and courts for the slots
- Set purchase rules, like minimum bookings or discounts
- Track how many times the recurring product has been purchased
These are perfect for:
- Local hobby groups
- Clubs booking regular training
- Companies renting slots for employees
Tip: Recurring reservations appear in yellow on the calendar, helping you visually separate them from one-off bookings.

🟢 Credit Products
Credit Products allow customers to pre-purchase balance (credits) that can be used for future bookings. This view shows:
- The price and credit value (e.g., €40 buys 50€ worth of credit)
- How many times it’s been purchased
These are especially effective for:
- Encouraging bulk usage
- Corporate wellness partners
- Power users who play often
You can also set memberships to grant credits!
Tip: Encourage customers to buy credit in advance to increase cash flow and boost customer retention.

📇 Session Cards
Session Cards are like punch cards. They allow a fixed number of entries for activities.
At the Session card page you can configure the following:
- Price
- Maximum number of sessions
- Availability (Active / Inactive)
They are useful for:
- Selling e.g. 10-time cards for casual users
- Offering flexible packages with no fixed dates
- Testing demand for new activities
Tip: You can create unlimited-use cards for staff or promotional purposes by setting the session limit to a high number.
