Statistics

The Statistics section provides detailed analytics on venue performance, sales, customer behavior, and operational efficiency to help you optimize your business.

📈 Statistics Overview

Located in the sidebar under Analytics > Statistics, this dashboard gives a real-time summary of your venue’s commercial and operational performance. Here's what you can find:

🔹 Key Metrics

Displayed at the top of the dashboard, you’ll see core figures such as:

  • Realised Sales – Total sales generated in the selected period (e.g. €430.67)
  • Utilisation Rate – How much your venue's available time slots were filled (e.g. 24.8%)
  • Avg. Price / 60 min – Average hourly revenue per reservation (e.g. €20.44)
  • Realised Margin – Profit margin in euros (same value as sales here, since costs may not be set)

Each metric includes percentage indicators showing change vs. a reference period.

📅 Filtering

  • Choose a date range and reference date range to compare performance.
  • Hit Refresh data to update the charts and tables accordingly.
  • Click Download report to export data.

📊 Sales Breakdown

  • Sales by date: Bar graph showing daily earnings
    • Results may be grouped to weeks from the top right corner.
    • Includes a % breakdowns between different sports of total sales during either a single day or week
  • Court ranking: utilisation rate: Each court is listed with % usage and its rank among all courts
    • Courts are in order from best to worst
    • Coloured badges show comparisons to the reference period.

⏱️ Reservation Metrics

  • Reservation Lengths: Average reservation durations across different sports
    • Best practice is to keep this close to 60 minutes.
  • When are reservations being made?: A 24h histogram of customer booking habits
    • Use this to optimize your marketing. Make your marketing communication efforts during the hottest reservation periods and maximize the results.
  • Utilization by hour of day: Identifies peak and off-peak usage by the hour
    • From the chart you can easily see the distribution of the utilisation of your venue. Adjust your pricing and promotions to balance the chart.

👥 Player Insights

  • Players: Total number of unique players (e.g. 4)
    • New customers
      • New customers who played at the venue for the first time during the selected time period
    • Loyal customers
      • Customers who played at the venue during the time period and have played at the venue five or more times during the last three months
    • Casual visitors
      • Customers who played at the venue during the time period and have played at the venue four or fewer times during the last three months
    • Recurring reservers
      • Customers who played at the venue during the time period and have an active recurring reservation during the selected time period

Each includes a comparison to the performance of the reference period. The four sub-classes do not total the total number of players during a time period and they may contain overlap, if a player, for example, holds a recurring reservation and simultaneuosly meets the criteria of the "Loyal customers" -group.

💸 Revenue Composition

  • Gross platform revenue: Money collected through the platform (can be €0 if none was routed via Thril)
  • Reservation distribution: Donut chart showing:
    • Normal reservations
    • Recurring reservations
    • Manual reservations
    • Court closures
    • Event reservations

Each slice includes % breakdown of the total.


🧮 Settings > Analytics: Cost & Sales Targets

To improve tracking and performance forecasting, you can input expected costs and revenue goals:

🛠️ How It Works

Accessible via Settings > Company Settings > Analytics, this section allows you to:

  • Define monthly cost estimates (e.g. €200 in Jan, €100 in Feb…)
  • Set monthly sales targets (e.g. €1237 in Jan, €3460 in Feb…)

Yearly totals are automatically calculated on the right.

🎯 These targets directly integrate into the Statistics dashboard, helping you visually compare real performance against your set goals.
