The Emails module enables admins to create, preview, schedule, and send marketing or transactional emails to customers, with full delivery tracking.

๐ Creating a New Email
Admins can create new emails by clicking "Create email" on the Emails page. This launches a step-by-step editor, with the following stages:
1. Basic Details
- Internal email name: For internal tracking only.
- Additional details: Admin-only note for internal clarity.
- Template selection: Start from scratch or duplicate an existing email.
2. Content
Use the editor to write the full body of the email. Supports formatting, bullet points, and links. For example:

3. Title and Meta
- Email subject: What recipients will see in their inbox.
- Preview text: A short summary next to the subject line.
- Reply-to address: Set a custom address where replies will go.
- Email footer: Automatically generated from your venue info.
4. Sending Options
- Email type: Choose Marketing or Transactional.
- Send to:
- All customers
- Selected recipients
- Exclude specific contacts
- Schedule:
- Send immediately
- Pick a custom date & time
5. Preview & Finalize
Review all content and configuration before sending. You can:
- Send a test email
- Save as draft
- Send now

Discount groups allow you to offer special rates to loyal customers or targeted audiences, supporting member rates, student discounts, and more.

The Events section lets admins create, manage, and track both recurring and one-time events, including tournaments and community gatherings.
